Full Duplex
For the Martin ISA Card (or for a new model of ProSceniumDMX PRO hardware under development) a Full-Duplex mode is provided. In this case the Master functions are unchanged, while simultaneous capture of a DMX-IN source is performed and directed to the 32 groups. This allows the use of an inexpensive DMX fader board for direct, real-time control of the groups.
These are the supported functions in Full-Duplex mode
0 = DMX-In Redirect to Groups:
(DMX-IN 1 = Gp 1, DMX-IN 2 = Gp 2, DMX-IN 3 = Gp 3...)
1 = DMX-In Redirect to Groups With DMX-In 1 for Crossfade and DMX-In 2 for Master
DMX-IN 1 = Crossfade fader, DMX-In 2 = Master Fader,
DMX-IN 3 until 34 : DMX-IN 3 = Gp 1, DMX-IN 4 = Gp 2...
DMX-IN 36 at 100% = GO (Crossfade)
DMX-IN 37 until 44 : DMX-IN 37 > 0 = Chase 1 On DMX-IN 37 = 0 Chase 1 Off
DMX-IN 38 = Chase 1 Interval,
DMX-IN 39= Chase 2 On/Off DMX-IN 40 = Chase 2 Interval... and so on for all the chasers
DMX-IN 61 = Cue 1 Go
DMX-IN 62 = Cue 2 Go
...
the same for all other DMX Channels
...
DMX-In 512 = Cue 452 Go
Note that if you wish to have a fading chase, you can always set up a fading chase, and put it into a normal Cue with the MCI Command Chaser 1 On (or better Chaser 1 Tog), so that every Cue starts/stops a Chaser.
2 = DMX-In Redirect to DMX-Out (DMX Merge)
3 = DMX-In Redirect to DMX-Out (DMX Merge) + Automatic Crossfade"
Like mode 2 + DMX-IN 1 at 100% = GO (Crossfade)"
4 = DMX-IN 1 at 100% = GO (Crossfade)
(The output of the ProScenium can be linked to another link of 512 channels which is not merged with the Input.)
5 = DMX-IN No. at 100% = Cue No. Go
(The output of ProScenium Can be linked to another link of 512 channels which is not merged with the Input).
Selecting channel 2 at 100% will start cue 2 (with all the attributes).
This applies for all DMX channels but does not allow repetition of the command
6 = DMX-IN No. at 100% = Cue No. Go
(The output of ProScenium Can be linked to another link of 512 channels which is not merged with the Input).
Selecting channel 2 at 100% will start cue 2 (with all the attributes).
This applies for all DMX channels and allows repetition of the command if the input DMX Channel is not reset to 0.
7= Interface to the new Martin MC-1 controller.

8 = DMX-IN Redirect to Groups With DMX-IN 1 for Crossfade and DMX-IN 2 for Master
DMX-IN 1 = Crossfade fader, DMX-In 2 = Master Fader,
DMX-IN 3 = GO (Crossfade)
DMX-IN 4 until 19 : DMX-IN 4 > 50 = Chase 1 On DMX-IN 4 < 50 Chase 1 Off
DMX-IN 5 > 5% = Chase 1 fixed/variable Interval, DMX-IN 5< 5% = Chase 1 - 0 Fade ( keeps Cue fade times between steps),
DMX-IN 6= Chase 2 On/Off DMX-IN 7 = Chase 2 Interval... and so on for all the chasers
DMX-IN 21 = Cue 1 Go
DMX-IN 22 = Cue 2 Go
...
the same for all other DMX Channels
...
DMX-In 512 = Cue 492 Go
Note that if you wish to have a fading chase, you can always set up a fading chase, and put it into a normal Cue with the MCI Command Chaser 1 On (or better Chaser 1 Toggle), so that every Cue starts/stops a Chaser.
9) DMX-In Redirect to Touch panel buttons
This full duplex mode keeps the actual Touch Screen active file (Touch.ini) as commands for the full duplex.
Because of the user friendly interface of the Touch Screen software, you can customise your full duplex commands in a very easy way.
Firstly, check the touch screen configuration in "Special Functions"/Direct access panel (Touch Screen), follow the instructions to setup commands from the Touch screen software.
Having set this up, DMX Channel 1 will activate Button 1 on the touch screen panel, and so on until 100.
Note that the touch screen software does not need to be loaded, if you want to activate any modifications on the touch screen, you will have to select Master, then Full Duplex again, to load the modified touch screen file in ProScenium.
