Crossfade
Go (Crossfade)
Hotkey " G ", " Space Bar "

A Crossfade is started clicking the "Crossfade" button in the Crossfade window at the top right of the screen or pushing the space-bar . This plays back (on Preset A) the scene present on Preset B in the time in-out stored in the cue.
During a Crossfade, a couple of green/red bars is used as a graphical display of the Preset A/B evolution.
A Crossfade may be interrupted clicking the same button, whose label is changed to "Pause"
during the Crossfade.
During a Crossfade, it is possible to modify the predefined timing parameters in seven ways:

Clicking "Pause" This will hold the Crossfade until you press the button a second time.
Note:- The Main Crossfade/Pause Button will only work if the "Pause on double click on GO" check box in the "Startup Options" section of the "Configuration Panel" is checked. The smaller lower button is always available (with the mouse but not with the space bar).
Clicking "Back" This will return to the previous cue with a pre-defined fade time of 3 seconds.
Clicking "Goto Next" This allows you to change directly, during a running crossfade, to the next cue on the list, this function is especially useful when you need to call the following cue, when the previous crossfade is not complete.
Clicking " / " Crossfade is immediately stopped at the present level
Clicking " > " Crossfade immediately advances to the final level without waiting for the predefined time
Clicking " + " Accelerates the Crossfade execution
Clicking " - " Decelerates the Crossfade execution
When Crossfade is terminated, ProSceniumDMX updates the number of the active cue and is ready for the next effect.
It is also possible to run several different crossfades consecutively using the MCI command (MEM Number, Wait Time). E.g. Mem 1 3 Starts Cue 1 with his Time in from another cue.
This function allows to run 2 different cues with independent timings. The second parameter is the wait time before starting the second crossfade. It is also possible to run up to 9 fades together, putting normal cues in a fading chaser.
Remember only that the second crossfade is run on Chaser8 register, so the channels will not be erased with a clear Preset A, but with a double click on Chaser8 Label (in the chaser Panel on in the shortcut in the main Fader panel)
Manual Crossfade
This function provides a Manual Crossfade, letting the user Crossfade Manually between Preset A and Preset B. This can be accomplished by using the mouse on the fader present in the centre of the Crossfade panel.
Clicking the "Auto Seq." check box allows the cue number to be automatically advanced when using Manual Crossfade preparing the next cue for execution in a numeric order. (this action has no effect on the automatic mode).
Crossfade Synchronisation
A specific Crossfade Synchronisation option may be selected in the Configuration Panel.
Several different Synchronisation options are provided by ProSceniumDMX
