Cut off the Time Auto Adjustment ??

This is another action that Windows95 performs automatically, asking a confirmation to the user. To disable this action:

Double click on the time that you will find in the right corner of windows95 status bar.

Select the "Time Zone" tab of this window.

Uncheck the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes".
