• Added a new function to copy the values for the selected moving light to any other fixture in the Moving Light Window(the destination fixture can be differente from the original fixture). To activate this function just click on the last button in the MLW tollbar, te Drag Icon of a scanner will appear, Dorp it on any number of fixture (The green buttons with numbers), and all the parameters with a similar name will be copied
• Added the compatibility for framing window for fixtures with frames like Marin Mac 2000. The first 4 char of the parameter mame must be "FRAM" e.g. "Frame 4a"

• Improved the new framing window. Now the 8 frames and the Framing rotator can be stored in a Gobo Preset

• When you store an All Parameter preset cue for a moving light, when you navigate in the preset tab you can find, after the Position Presets (or Color or Gobo Presets), also the All position Preset will appear in the list, but you use only the parametes of your category.

• Added a new framing window for fixtures with frames like Marin Mac 2000 Profile or Varilite 1000 and Varilite 3500. This window allows to lock frames and to make very easily sqares. When a fixture has Frames a new icon will appear in the Moving Light window Toolbar and the new window will appear.
• In this window you can lock frames, move each frame just moving your mouse on a picture box, draw a rectangle on the big picture box will immediatly change the shape of your ML Profile...
• Added profiles for Varilite 1000 and Varilite 3500.

• Added a fixture to fixture group function in the moving light selection window. To assign fixture#1 to fixture group#1, fixture#2 to fixture group#2 and so on.
• Added Group fading time MCI command. Now there is Group1 fadF, fadM, and fadS, but also fad5 to toggle in fade in the selected time
• e.g. group1 Fad12 will toggle group1 on and off in 12 seconds
• Added tracking forward and backward for conventional channels and moving lights.
• To trake a channel (or a selection of multiple channels):
• 1) select one or more channels with mouse or keyboard.
• 2) select on PresetB the cue until which you want to copy parameters (this cue can also be the first cue, in this case you trake backward from the first cue to selected cue on preset A
• 3) drag and drop channels on preset b (you will see a + icon displayed during this operation).
• For moving light it is exactly the same: select one fixture or a fixture group. Put "all selected fixtures" on combo box in the menu title if uoi want to select mutiple fixtures.

• Drag&drop on PresetB on a cue that is after or before the one you have on PresetA.
• Added the MCI Commands ChaserX RTI x and ChaserX RCU x.
• For example to set chaser 1 random cue you will send Chaser1 RCU 1, to set it off Chaser1 RCU 0.

• Added a possibility to stop a running macro with the combination of Keys "Shift + Esc". Sometimes macros can be really parallel process in Video or Text. Using the "delay" MCI function you can make scripts that are also really long. With this function it is finally possible to stop a running macro.

• Solved a small bug for Nolight Cues not respecting the followontime with very fast processors.

• Added the Select Active Fixture Button in the Moving Light Selection Window. This function selects automattically all the moving lights that have the intensity channel > 0, There are two new buttons, one for Active on Preset A, and one for Active on Preset B.
• Improved the Preset Position Global modification Function. Now any normal cue can be saved as Preset Position Cue, the name of the preset will be by default the name of the cue, and if you select this function, changing this cue you will change all the other cues based on this preset.
• Improved the keyboard arrow access in the moving light window. Now opening the window the control with Up, Down, Left, Right is automatically activated.

• Added the capability to copy also movement macro parameters when using Drag&Drop functions on preset B
• Solved a bug relative to file name and recent files on Recent File Menu
• Solved a bug that was sometimes ignoring Followon time for very fast processor (ONLY IN NOLIGHT CUES)

• Added in the cue editor the capability to copy channels level for all selected cues:
• Immagine that you have to change of address a moving light and you don't wat to loose all your programming: you can copy levels for each channel stored in all selected cues to another dmx adress.

• Added the capability of multiple Patch. You have in the menu Channel/Patch two new submenus: Patch1 and Patch2. Normally you always work wit one patch, but sometimes it is needed to change of patch for, let say, going in 1 to 1 patch without loosing your original patch (this happens very often in Theatre, switching from Theater Hard Patch to your custom show Softpatch). In the menus you can store and recall either Patch1 or Patch2
• Added in the Channel Menu the new Channel to Cue function. Imagine that you have contiguous channels (e.g a Par wall) and to make some chasers you need to encode Channel 1 in cue 1, channel 2 in cue 2 and so on. With this function you can do this in few seconds and use your cues to fit a chaser. Very fast and powerful function coupled with the Random cue and Random Time capabilities of a chaser.

• Added the capability to modify one or more spot not only in the cue on Preset B with the Drag&Drop function.
• Now if you select any cue on Preset B and current cue on Preset A, Right Clicking on the + button at the side of the Moving Light Combo Box, you can copy parameters of this/these fixtures in all cues from the current cue on Preset A until the Cue on Preset B.

• Added the possibility to give a cue number until 999999999999 in the main software for compatibility with new syncro mode 23.

• Added the Sync Mode 23 for Windows Media Player Playlist: now all traks have a mask 7800T000000D (where T means Track and D means tenth of second). it is easyer to program complex playlist syncronisation. For bakward compatibility mode 22 stays unchanged
• Added the possibility, in the playvideo software to fade in/out also tranparent bitmaps (masked color with red 255 as croma key)

• Added a new DirectShow Video capture window in the playvideo software.
• Solved a bug for Always on top mode in Playvideo Text direct
• Added the capabilitiy to copy all parameters for a moving fixture in previous and next cue. Now if a Nolight cue is present, the modification will be done in the first and las Normal cue before and after the current cue.

• Added the same capability in the Media Player for Windows Media Player: Play 6 Frames, Page left, Page right, Frame left, Frame right. Now left clichking in the timeline you can get the sound from selected frame to the end of the page.
• Added in the cue editor the capability to modify window position for Playvideo software for all selected cues. If you have a show programmed, and you want to move it on the second monitor, you would add (if your resolution is 1024x768) 1024 to the "left" of Playvideo window for all selected cues. So 0 0 800 600 would become 0 1024 800 600.
• Improved the Killprevious command for Playvideo software, now faster and more reliable.
• Touch screen panel (if active) now will be closed when closing the main software.

• Now in medium priority (e.g. 118 Winamp + internal clock) the trigger event has priority on the timer, and only the second has medium priority, while timer has normal priority, thi is to avoid that different cues (time and media cues) are triggered twice a second.
• Solved a problem in Analyser with Windows XP, sometimes the settings were not saved exiting the software

• Added the new capability to have radio buttons for chasers. This means that when this option is enabled, swithcing on a chaser will swithc off all other running chasers.
• Added two new buttons Copy and Paste for MCI command in the Recording Panel.
• Added the capability to show a text window directly from an MCI command in PlayVideo, without passing from a text file. You will find the new Subtitle text direct option in the Recording Panel/Show an image or video/Picture video presentation Window
• Now a NoLight Cue (a cue called NoLight doesn't give any DMX Output) never gives light output, also if it is called with the next/previous icon or directly by keyboard with the K or L key.

• Added a last button in the moving light window Toolbar, to copy a fixture with intensity at 0, in the previous and in the next cue automatically. Very useful in theatre applications.
• Now combo box on Preset A doesn't accept any more editing of the text, It happened sometymes when you typed K or L bu keyboard.
• Added the capability to mask Pixels with the new Croma MCI command:
• Added a new CRO (Croma Key) MCI command to have any pixel solid color transparent (it only works in Win2000 XP Syntax CRO (Part of the window title of the application) (RGB Color) e.g to have the notepad application transparent you will write CRO Paint 255.
• This function also works in the Playvideo software only whaen the background color is Red (255). You can find this option in the Filler.

• Added the capability to toggle between 0 and 100% just clicking on the Yellow Level Label in the moving light window (like in a normal fader label on preset A/B).

• Added the capability to toggle between Moving Light Address and Fixture number in the 2DPlan. Just Click on the new ADR/NUM Icon.
• Added the capability to disable Lamp-Off Function for Martin Fixtures on Lamp Channel when Value is 100%, setting PatchLevel at 96%. The Lamp Off function will be always possible from the menu Special Function/ Lamp Off for all Martin Fixtures
• Added the capability to send MidiShort Messages directly from MCI command on a specific Midi Port MOUT[MidiPort] B1B2B3:
• Send MIDI Short Message in Exadecimal without spaces to send to the specific Midi Device with the following Syntax: MIDI status, MIDI data 1, MIDI data2. E.G. for note 45 (A at 440 hz) at velocity 7F on the first Midi channel on Output 1 You will type: MOUT1 90457F

• Eliminated a message box "Unable to aquire mixer capabilities" for systems installed without a sound card.
• Added the Insert Button and Remove button function in the touch screen panel.
• Added the Matrix destination button type in the touch screen: First of all you can select a few button as radio button. This means that when you press a radio button all the other radio buttons are automatically deselected. The Toggle command of the selected Radio button will be insered in the matrix destination button string, replacing the %1 code. E.G. If I mark button 16 as a Matrix Destination button, and I have this command in button 16: 00FF%17F00 and radio button 1 command toggle has value 7F if I press button 16 I will obtain 00FF7F7F00, if I have this command in button 16: Cue %1 and radio button 2 command toggle has value 171 if I press button 16 I will obtain Cue 171

• Increased the number of fixtures in the Moving Light until 400.(this number does'nt mean that you cannot control more then 400 Fixtures, but it is a maximum value for fixture group handling)
• Solved a problem in of memorisation when storing more then 100 fixtures in a fixture group. Now this value is 400.

• Improved the support for Parallel Digimedia Relay Controller with a modification of the Net Player software to handle any different parallel port mode.

• Added the Grab on B function in the DMXMonitor window. You can Grab DMXOutput values, DMXPatched values, (all the dmxmonitor visualisation possibilities) also with Master percentage directly on presetB. There you can edit or record a new cue with a specific number.
• Added the copy button function in the touch screen panel.
• Added the toggle image function in the touch screen panel.
• Improved the loop for mp2 files in the playvideo software.

This software is called NetPlayer.exe and it is an exe file that you can run from MPS by the way of the SHELL Command.

The goal of the software is to send commands to remote computer or to serial devices.

If you want to send commands to another computer running Proscenium, be sure to activate «Special Function / Direct access server» in the ProScenium running in the remote computer.

Look at "Special Functions" in the help on line for details on this software.

From version 828 you can use an external software to run your video and image files:

This software is called PlayVideo.exe and it is an exe file that you can run from MPS by the way of the SHELL Command.The goal of the software is to display an image or a video on your screen without any window. This window is sizeable moving his borders.If you even don’t like the small border (needed to resize images), you can specify a location and the image or the video will be displayed without any border.The syntax is the following:

playvideo( FILANAME top left width height timeout)

If you use this program from ProScenium you have to add the SHELL command.

For example to play an AVI video at fullscreen in 800 x 600 you can write:

SHELL playvideo c:\martinps\video.avi 0 0 800 600

You can fill this command from the last item of actions in recording panel.

• Improved the media player:
• Added the SMPTE Time code for every kind of media
• Added the file TimeCode.mid, a midi file able to visualize a time line of 23 hours to store light effects on a Time Line. Just open TimeCode.mid Midi file from your Media Player. This file can also be started just before any media that doesn't give bach time code, to have a sort of generic time based syncronization.
• Added an advanced function to use position preset in ProScenium.
• A preset can be stocked in any cue, and it is exactly a normal cue, that you can define with a text, in which you can include as many fixtures you want.To recall a position (or CMY) you have to follow this procedure :
• 1) Open the Cue Edit window
• 2) Select a Cue just clicking on the «Sel» tab in the Cue Editor Grid. The number of active cue will be displayed in the top of the preset frame.
• 3) Select the fixtures you want to copy in the moving light selection window (you can fast access this window clicking the last button of the frame)
• 4) Click on the button for the action you want (All = Copy all the parameters on Preset A, Position copies Pan&Tilt positions, Color copies CMY and fixed color informations)
• 5) Record the scene you have modified on Preset A
